Chemical Peels
These range from epidermal up to reticular dermis peels, effective, easy to use and particularly reliable.
The mildest peels, Skin Tech’s superficial peels, are commonly formulated with AHA’s and BHA’s. These peels act on the basal layer, allowing to improve the appearance of mild skin discolouration and rough skin as well as to refresh the face, neck, chest or hands.
Medium peelings remove the skin cells that make up the epidermis, as well as parts of the middle layer of the skin or dermis. A medium chemical peel can treat consequences of photoageing, pigmentation disorders, acne and post-acne scars, etc. Easy TCA® is the most famous and internationally known Skin Tech product, and like many peels of this strength, is a pure TCA peel. These peels may result in some down time.
Deep peels are high strength TCA or TCA and phenol hybrid peels. These peelings act to the reticular dermis or to the interface papillary-reticular dermis and are used to treat deep wrinkles, scars and definitive photo damage.
